Women should diet like men to lose weight faster

(KTNV) -- Many women become frustrated after working out for months with no results and then their boyfriend or husband decides to drop a few pounds and the weight just seems to fall off.
The experts are now offering a few tips to help women lose weight like a man.
First of all, cut out one treat. That simple move could potentially help a woman lost 20 pounds or more a year.
Also, work out fast and furious. Hit the treadmill hard. You don't seem many guys just trotting along. They are usually running.
And, eat like a caveman -- meat, vegetables, fruit and nuts.
Finally, pump it up. Don't be a stranger to the weight room. Lifting weight burns fat and builds muscle.
