It is that time again, when the gyms become crowded as thousands of Americans pledge to increase their exercise in the coming year. While these commitments are noteworthy, research suggests that over 50 percent of people who join an exercise program drop out within the first year.
How can you prevent this from happening to you? My suggestion is that we learn from those people who are successful at keeping regular exercise routines. Understanding and implementing some of these strategies that active people use every day can assist you (yes,
