Shake, shake, shake? Belly dancing could help you lose weight
Connie Reynolds has seen a lot of people come into The Yoga College studio thinking they can belly dance. But once they try and give it a shot, they realize it’s actually a lot harder than it seems.
“Putting all the movements together as a routine is pretty hard,” said Reynolds, owner of The Yoga College. “I mean, you could just sit there and undulate your belly, but memorizing and then putting it all together in quick movements is pretty difficult.”
