Ten years ago, secret eater Lynsey Langdon saw her weight balloon to 24 stone following the birth of her first child.

Now after shedding the pounds and appearing on the Embarrassing Bodies TV programme the mum-of-three has decided to set up her own Slimming World Group in Royston to help others learn from her experiences.
