Jessica Simpson has succeeded in restoring her pre-baby body - and we're talking about weight loss success from her second pregnancy in two years. She shared her fitness and weight loss secrets on Dec. 16 with People magazine.
So what was the diet that took off the weight so quickly? No fads, no plastic surgery, no supplements: Weight Watchers, says Jessica.
The program helped her shed more than 50 pounds after the birth of her first baby. So as soon as her doctor approved, Jessica hopped back on the diet.
But she admits that she had a tough two years.
"Being pregnant for two years took a toll," Jessica told USA Today on Dec. 16 And even though she tried to watch her weight during her second pregnancy, she still was shocked at how much she gained.
