"Extra TV" host Maria Menounos said her weight-loss secrets include regular exercise, never skipping breakfast, and staying hydrated.
"'Always be moving' is my mantra," Menounos told FitSugar Dec. 16. Maria said she tries to walk 10,000 steps (or about five miles) every day.
The 5-foot-8 brunette beauty maintains her hot bikini body at 125 to 130 pounds with running, spinning, basketball and Pilates workouts. Maria also does Krav Maga, an Israeli martial art.
Menounos shares her fitness secrets in her new book,The EveryGirl's Guide to Diet and Fitness. Her weight-loss tips include the following:
1. Always eat breakfast. Maria, 35, said this will help ensure that you don't overeat later in the day because you're starving.
