Think like the three bears: stock up on porridge oats
Dieting doesn’t mean buying expensive food or preparing intricate meals. Keep breakfast simple by making a bowl of porridge instead of reaching for sugary cereals. Add blueberries, orange slices or strawberries and you’ll tick off one of your five a day as well. Result. Porridge is easy to make and will keep you full until luncht..
