Kim Kardashian has been wearing a waist-reducing corset in a bid to lose weight.
The reality star has spoken openly about her struggle to regain her pre-pregnancy figure after giving birth to daughter North a year ago.
But after admitting she still has around 20lbs to lose, Kim is resorting to drastic measures in an attempt to shed the pounds.
The 33-year-old star posted the above picture of herself wearing the waist shaper on her Instagram page, with the caption: "#hourglass #waisttraining #nophotoshopnecessary #whatawaist.com @premadonna87."
