Fat Families host Steve Miller is the Simon Cowell of the slimming world - he's brash, brutally honest but also has the ability to push people to succeed.
The controversial hypnotherapist and weight-loss guru isn't afraid to use the "F" word (fat) and says honesty is the best approach when helping people to fight the flab.
"I tell people they are fat and they love it," said Steve. "I swear to you they love it and it's as though what they're looking for is a weight loss whip."
