That’s right, counting and tracking calories is the single best way to lose weight. How often do you see, read, or hear about what foods are good for you or bad? How many fad diets and or cleanses can one turn to? Generally speaking, people are not losing weight because they are too focused on the quality of what they are eating and their activity level, as opposed to the quantity of food that they are eating. In order for results to come, behaviors have to change.
