Perfection is Your Enemy: "It's impossible to do my 12 Week Body Transformation (or any program for that matter) 100 percent perfectly," explains Michelle. There will always be ups and downs, highs and lows, and you can't always predict what life is going to throw at you. So it's OK if you fall off the track, that's normal. "What will define you is how you get back on track,” says Michelle. "My most successful members are those who dust themselves off and get straight back on the horse. Don't be one of those people who chuck in the towel just because you’ve missed a workout or committed carbicide on a Friday night."
Be the Best Version of Yourself: There's always going to be someone who appears faster, stronger, fitter or even smarter than you, but you need to try avoiding making those comparisons because all that matters is you and the goals that you're trying to achieve. "At the end of the day there is absolutely no point in comparing yourself to anyone else, it will not serve you at all," says Michelle.
