First step to weight loss: Read the labels

The healthiest way to achieve (and sustain) weight loss is by healthy eating and regular physical activity — and reading nutrition labels is a great way to determine how healthy a product really is. But the labels — and marketing claims — can be confusing, so here are some tips to make it a little easier:
Start by looking at the serving size and servings per container.
Next, look at calories per serving and calories from fat.
