The last time we saw her she was wearing a purple crop top and flaunting her mummy tummy in some unflattering pap shots taken in a park.
But now former CBB winner Chantelle Houghton looks like a different woman.
The vegetarian reality star, who admitted gorging on McDonald's breakfasts and jalfrezi dinners, has started her mission to battle the bludge - and she's already looking great.
The mum-of-one told New Magazine: "I haven't been keen to lose weight until now. And it hasn't bothered me if I wanted to have a takeaway.
